Keynote: Enterprise Software can be saved by Service Design

Many of us have worked on some pretty poorly designed software. And some of us have to suffer through that experience for hours and hours at work. Jen Blatz is going to share a case study where she applied Service Design Principles to improve the report-making process. Her discovery for a better customer report goes through a variety of research methods to uncover gaps and opportunities. Going from low fidelity analysis to improvement recommendations, Jen shows how you can think out of the box of a traditional Service Design Blueprint to make any project that much better.
